It's #feelgoodfriday! To compete with the heat, we're spending the day focusing on our Aqua Body-Works class. This class includes 25 minutes of aqua-aerobics with sporadic cueing of “feet on, now off ” the pool floor, allowing the body to exercise without straining your joints, 25 minutes of muscle sculpting and toning, and ends with stretching. Individuals who enjoy resistance exercise, pilates, barre, and dance training will find their niche in this class.
