RIP is a barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight. Featuring safe and motivating exercises, and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.

RIP 30 is an express version of RIP.

Extreme Core

A 30-minute workout that targets the torso and sling muscles that connects the upper body to the lower body.

Tabata Training

One Tabata interval requires only four minutes, but they will be four of the most intense you’ve ever experienced.

Step Cardio

A high energy class that mixes beat choreography with high intensity interval training, all done on the Step!Different levels of intensity are provided to ensure everyone gets the most out of their Step workout.Class ends with a thorough cool-down and stretch.

Cardio Boxing & Core

Mixes high-intensity conditioning, boxing, kickboxing, and body-weight strength-training moves — that all focus on the core.

Barre, Zumba & Dance


Barre is an intensive body shaping experience that produces reliable results, no matter the person or fitness level. It is not a dance class, but it is influenced by classical and modern dance as well as Pilates, yoga and deep stretching.

Barre Extreme Cardio

Elevate your heart rate to burn fat using high intensity intervals combined with body changing barre exercise.You’ll do tabata style workouts, longer cardio intervals, low impact fat blasts, and sculpting exercises to hit every main muscle and truly see what Barre motto “Shake to Change” means!

C3 Dance

Enjoy this exhilarating 50 minute “Dance Fitness” workout class and leave feeling centered, strong, and creative. C3 Dance has 3 main areas of concentration… 

CORE: Strengthen and tone your mid-section while learning how to move from your center.  

CARDIO: Get your heart rate pumping in our fun-high energy cardiovascular warm up.  

CHOREOGRAPHY: Learn unique choreography inspired by dance genre like Hip Hop, Lyrical, Ballroom, and Latin. 

No prior dance training needed to enjoy the benefits of this class.

Aqua Zumba

All the Latin-inspired, dance/fitness moves of regular Zumba® but with added resistance from the water.

Hydro Fitness

It’s a great way to lose weight without breaking a sweat in our pool. And it makes toning those trouble spots much easier.


An hour of fun water fitness moves, pumpin’ music to get you moving, in high intensity interval bursts of 20 seconds with 10 second rests. Burn more calories and improve strength and cardiovascular endurance.


Get ready to be challenged by the resistance of the water and land exercises combined. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardio. Using the benefits of the water to cushion the feet, knees, and back. High intensity, low impact class that will help you reach your goals.


This class allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. Gentle movements help you to gain strength and mobility. Exercises include water walking, stretching, core strength, balance, and range of motion. Participants will feel a decrease in pain and stiffness that will ease everyday activities.


A low to mid impact class which assists with gaining range of motion, strength and power. Strengthen and tone your muscles in warm, shallow water. Work with equipment and resistance to increase cardio endurance in this mid level class.

Aqua Fit

Sustained mid to high level activities for 30+ minutes. Resistance work with equipment for core, arms, legs. Suspension component 20 minutes. Balance challenges. Strengthen and tone your muscles while increasing your cardiovascular endurance. Combo of low and high impact moves: runs, kicks, jumps, twists, suspension work, resistance work. Equipment is provided. High level class.

Gentle Stretch

Gentle Stretch is a beginner level yoga class that focuses on range of motion and stability level exercises, which is great for gaining flexibility and core strength.


Pilates remains a favorite among fitness fans. Pilates helps keep muscles loose and flexible, making your body less susceptible to injury and allowing it to recuperate while still working your muscles. Pilates is a resistance exercise, that mostly works your core.


A total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and Yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it.
